Mother Nature Knows

It's interesting. Here we are, two months into autumn. It's a balmy 78 degrees outside, and has been for a week. We're on the eve of the first true cold front of the year; tomorrow night it'll be 50 degrees colder than it is right now.

And only a couple of days ago, for no apparent reason, all of the trees in the neighborhood finally started to turn yellow and drop their leaves. I was wondering when fall would come; apparently fall comes when it is time for it to come, and not before.

There's so much we don't know...
